Angel of the Morning
A personal Neocities site kept since 2009, in unashamed early-2000s style, complete with a scrolling titlebar, an enter splash and 88x31 buttons. The author documents the rebirth of her soul and her unfiltered self through journal entries, with an about page, a music page, a page of links, a miscellany, and secret pages to stumble onto. No trackers, just gifs. Submitted by its maker, Marilla.

HEADS UP: some of these sites are dead, half-dead, abandoned, or haunted. Everything here was picked by hand, by a human, with a mouse — no crawler, no algorithm, no quality assurance department. If a link rots, that's just the web breathing. We are not even slightly sorry.
